Project initiation and coordination
VBU and its member companies are embedded in DECHEMA and its expert committees. This constellation of an interdisciplinary network coupled with many years of expertise in project coordination is unique in Germany. VBU offers its member companies to support them in initiating and coordinating projects in cooperation with the DECHEMA team of "Research and Project Coordination". Industrial Collective Research (IGF) and Cornet
The focus of the Industrial Cooperative Research (IGF) and its European counterpart Cornet is on application-oriented and pre-competitive research projects. Strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important goal. DECHEMA offers access both to to IGF and Cornet. The projects submitted via DECHEMA must fit the profile of DECHEMA and VBU - and thus also its industrial members.
